ShopActivewear has a simple, hassle-free return policy and process. We want you to love your products, so if for any reason you do not, please visit our self-service return center.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND POLICY
- We will exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you simply need another size.
- You can choose between a store credit or a refund for returns or exchanges.
- The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. It is fine if you tried them on but the original tags must still be on the product.
- The product(s) must be post marked returned within 15 days of the date you received your order to qualify for store credit or a refund.
- After our Customer Service team has assessed the condition of the returned product(s) we will process your store credit or refund.
- You can choose between store credit or a refund. Store credit will only be issued to you. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Any original shipping costs are non-refundable even for free shipping.
- We will provide a shipping label that you can print if the product was defective or an incorrect order.
- ShopActivwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. Please retain your return tracking number to avoid issues.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will replace your purchase at no cost!

STORE CREDIT OR REFUND TIMELINE
ShopActivewear will process your return within 2 business days upon receiving your package. Our Customer Service team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the Return, Exchange, Refund Policy above. Any applicable store credits will be issued the day of inspection and refunds will be reflected on your credit card statement within 5 business days following processing by ShopActivewear. Sometime this may take a little longer, depending on your bank.
The ShopActivewear team processes most orders within 24-48 hours. During that window, we can only accept an order cancellation if the order has yet to be shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
